Config register in 3725

Hi Guys,

I've just inherited a 3725 which is being used as a VoIP PSTN gateway,
and I've found what looks to me like an anomaly with the config
register.

When I sh ver, the config register is reported as 0x101. Now, I
presume that a leading '0' is suppressed, so that really this is
0x0101. As far as I can see, this should boot from Bootflash, but it's
booting from flash. Flash has 12.2(15)T2, whereas the BootFlash is
12.2(8r)T2. The router is running 12.2(15)T2.

Am I missing something here?

Cheers
Steve
