ME can't shutdown

Dear All,

I would like to know why I can't shutdown the OS properly?
I got the following message:
"Building DMI Pool Success"
Then, I can't shutdown the OS properly after the message appeared.

And I would like to know how can I shutdown thge OS again?

I clone the OS again and again, however, I still can't shutdown the OS.
