Generally, if your AMD cpu is at 50C or less during idle, it means your
heat sink/fan is working OK. 50C is 122F. You can most likely decrease
that by installing a second case fan on the front bottom of your PC set
to suck air in. In other words, just installing
a "better" heatsink may not decrease the temps if you dont have the
airfow over the heatsink fins to take make it work as designed.
