Hi,
I'd like to know if to restore a file image with Ghost or Drive Image
it is a good thing. Is it convenient or is it better don't use those
programs?

Yes it's good, as long as the image doesn't have the same problem as the
image you're restoring. You can also "browse" the image and restore only the
data you want. All in all, a good thing. Great for deploying multiple boxes
that have the same configuration.
