Not if you have configured the connection to connect automatically instead
of prompting you for passwords, etc. Check the "options" tab in the dialup
connection's properties. Uncheck the "prompt for password..." and "prompt
for phone number" options. When the connection is excuted at startup, it
will immediately dial using the stored phone number, and password (assuming
you have allowed it to save your password).
