Newbie Q: Configuring serial interfaces - one works but not the other

Hi,

Any help on the below will be appreciated. I tried to have the same configs
for the interfaces and the DCE ends are on the 2504 router but I'm still
having some dramas.

Here's my output from the 2 routers:
