I installed norton ghost 2003 on a metaframe 1.8 (NT 4.0). This currently
has a (don't laugh) 4.5 GB Drive partitioned in two equal drives. I want to
ghost the boot partition onto a new drive (for obvious reasons). After I
installed ghost and ran live updates I try to clone the drive and I get an
error stating "Unable to successfully defragment the virtual partition file"
I cleared out as much space as possible off the drive (540 MB free). Plus I
installed diskeeper 8 and ran defrag three times with the same result.

Is there any way I can force ghost to clone or backup the drive without
checking for fragmented files?
