Default mouse jerky after video card install

i used to have a leadtek gf3 card. worked fine. no issues on my pc at all. i
just installed a BFG GF 5700 Ultra. i uninstalled the video drivers properly
first and so on. i am using the latest drivers etc. my mouse is a logitech
opticle usb mouse. it now stutters/jerks when i move it. it never did before
the GF 5700 Ultra. Can someone please tell me why?

i uninstalled the mouse and re installed it, same problem. i installed
logitech driver the mouseware and made it worse actually. so i un installed
it.

of that page, so please make sure, and don't say I didn't warn you.

Just a thought, but do you think that maybe the mouse and video card
are somehow trying to use the same resources? (DMA or IRQ or
something?) Just a thought.
