Can you tell us what you are trying to install specifically the name of the
product? Perhaps we can point you in the rite direction to get the drivers
if this is a driver problem.
Sounds like what you are trying to install is doing as it is supposed to do
but is also needing the DRIVERS (software that tells the cpu how to control
the new product) to run correctly.
