I am thinking to host a website, maybe two...

This is an ad for a web hosting company, what does "3 full domains mean?
What is a subdomain??

1 FREE domain registration
www.yourname.com
3 full domains, 15 subdomains
500 MB Disk, 25 GB Transfer
60 Mailboxes, 15 Shell/FTP Users

Unless they are being unclear, a "full domain" is whatever.com. You could
have:
yourname.com
yourwife.com
yourkids.com

15 subdomains would be:
resume.yourname.com
pictures.yourkids.com
etc
