My ScreenSaver Won't Run in XP !!!

.... home edition on Dell P4 2.4 GHz. When it activates, it becomes
just a minimized icon, then errors if you try to do anything with it.
Screen saver is based on Chaos theory, written in Visual Basic v6, and
has worked for years everywhere else, etc. See :
