my f1 help when i click on it, one one side is a different language>

Well, im embarrased to ask on this, but you all know the f1 for help, i
never had a problem with it, until latelty, on one side is a different
language, or it seems like it is, and where the answer are, is in English,so
i ask the question in English and they give me the answer when i hit apply,
how do i fix it please, im really embarrased, as i have this a couple of
years and i never had this problem before, thank you in advanced.
