As a result of a botched attempt to correct a boot up problem with Win
XP(using the Recovery Console feature)I am unable to re-install it on the
same hard drive on which I also have 98. Even the attempt to format XP in
this dual booting setup didn't work out as I was doing it during the XP
reinstallation. So I know I need to copy or "expand" the files on to the
drive before this installation can take place.

What then do I type?

Thanks
