Default Need help- Intenet Explorer

Seems like I continue to have more & more problems with my system.
I have a Dell, running Win'98Se. Lately my Internet Explorer has
been droping dead on me with increasing frequency. Last time I checked
the error message and found this-

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module USER.EXE at 001e:000029ae.

I can't make any sense of this. Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

Go to the Microsoft Windows Update site and make sure your programs
have all the critical updates. Should be under Windows Update on your
Start menu.
