<snip - Base64 encoded part in e-mail>

So what does the .dat file look like when you save it to the hard drive
and look inside of it using a text editor, like Notepad? Since it is
stream-type content, maybe it is just a pointer back to some server from
whence the audio/video stream is retrieved.

If you visit
http://www.opinionatedgeek.com/dotne...e/Default.aspx
and enter the encoded lines, it looks like some text message with URLs
about sex and aids.

A mail header with a file attachment named att4zlzh.dat. Warning, the mine
description describes it as "text/plain"...I would guess this is an attempt
to trick you into install a virus....

You're being "reverse tricked". Lotus, and bunch of those
Pro-feshonal type office applications rename or name attachments like
this. It's a plain text message, probably a copy of the original.
Something else these types of applications are famous for. Outbreak
Excess has it's HTML attachments, Lotus has ".dat" attachments. <g>

It's a MIME attachment, probably a duplicate of the part of the message
you can read with your naked eyes.

Here's the attachment decoded:

Here's a thought experiment...

The strategy.
Get tested TOGETHER for a variety of sexually transmitted infections,
including human immunodeficiency virus and share the results with
your potential sex partner BEFORE having sex.

Here's a collaborative blog and a collaborative wiki about
the strategy of let's get tested TOGETHER before we have sex...
for STDs

Your comments, feedback, suggestions, questions welcome...

What public health officials, journalists have observed the
phenomenon of potential sex partners getting tested TOGETHER
BEFORE having sex?...
