a notebook tracker with webcam snapshots? Help me pls!

Hello everybody!
I've bought a laptow with a webcam included and i'm looking for a program
which, once connected to internet, stealty sends emails with attached a
snapshot taken by the webcam...
I tried win spy but it doesn't allow to attach the snapshot with the email
and if you want to look a webcam image you have to be connected to the
internet at the same time of the theft...

Can you please suggest me a better (and less heavy!) program please?

doesn't email, send the pictures via FTP to a website.
