Used NESSUS scanned a Windows Server 2003. It "detected" and reported that
compaq-https (2381/tcp) running and commented that "The remote host seems to
be using a version of OpenSSL which is older than 0.9.6e or 0.9.7-beta3".

Is this a service installed by Compaq Insight Manager or by some other
programs?

Any pointers are appreciated.

Thanks,
