VLAN traffic on RSM Cat5 switches

Although the BW on VLAN interface on RSM indicate as 100M, does it
able to go beyond 100M since the switching bus between the RSM, SUP
and ports is 400M half-duplex? Understand the VLAN interface is just
an logical representation in RSM for routing.
