Microsoft CSP & FIPS-140-x compliancy

Dear ng,

Anyone knows if the Microsoft RSA Schannel CSP is FIPS-140-x certified.
I've found only this doc & it does not cover that CSP.

Here is a listing of the FIPS 140-1 certifications:

I don't see where Win 2000 anything is FIPS 140-1 certified. They do
show the XP cryptographic modules as certified.
