ZA security suite & MSN Messenger?

Hello,

I have found a problem with installing Zone Alarm security suite when using
MSN messenger. I used to be able to send files and receive then, now the
request to send to me by the other user doesn't show here, and my request to
send doesn't show on the other system.
I have been all through the setting including allowing MSN to act as a
server which shouldn't be needed. So it seems Zonelabs have a different
idea to what should be secure and is preventing other stuff working.
The virus scanning in ZA Security Suite doesn't work either as it doesn't
fill in the details in Messenger.

Any idea how ZA should be configured for good security but able to allow
file transfers?

The instructions do not cover this in either program.
