NIS 2004 AntiSpam problem

Hi,
NIS 2004 AntiSpam activated. When it labels something as spam in
OE6 it will let me declare it as spam on the special menu but will not
do the opposite eg. If it labels legitimate mail as spam the section
this is not spam on the menu is grayed out.
Any Ideas
