Found TR/SpoolSW.2 on my system today, can anyone fill me in?

I found and removed this bugger today. It was in the file somaticCAB.exe. My
AV program said that it was a trojan but does anyone know what this little
guy does when it is on your system?

My AV program Kasperski has found the same file and destroy it.
