anyone out there done RSA Certified Administrator (RSA/CA) or RSA Certified
Systems Engineer (RSA/CSE)?

how was your experience? were the exams hard? do you need lots of hands on
experience with the products or can you get by with conceptual knowledge &
understanding of security concepts to pass?
