Client in Montréal looking for 2 Directors of Product Management.

1. B2B Focus - Web Services, Back end Management Tools, Web Services Marketing, Internet Access - delivered to ISPs/Carriers

2. B2C Focus - VPN, Firewalls, Internet Access to Consumers.


Both Jobs would entail the following responsibilities/requirements:

Our client develops products and services to protect Internet users worldwide. A new position has been created for a Senior Product Manager (based in Montreal) that will be responsible for developing and articulating the vision of those products and services. In this position you'll be
expected to effectively serve as both a business leader and entrepreneur for all associated products. In addition, you will work on a range of diverse problems, requiring the merging of creative visions with technology to provide products and services designed to meet the computer security needs of consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving the product definition process and product roadmap
Defining the next generation of Freedom products and services with the
collaboration of senior management
Working closely with the Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure timely product delivery and release
Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in the creation of marketing collaterals and sales support materials

Requirements:

A technical degree coupled with 5-7 years work experience in software product management and technology-related marketing
Technical knowledge should include IP networking, IP-based applications such as HTTP, operating systems, applications infrastructure and GUI design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
