MPEG overlay text

Hello experts!

I have created MPEGs for DVD using Ulead VideoStudio. I have realised
that title texts in MPEG are obviously overlaid, since text possition
and size changes depending on the device used for watching DVD. I have
two question:

- is it possible to add title texts to scale according to the device?
- is it possible to remove overlay title texts from the MPEG and how?
