Use WebSphere Studio Aplication Developer 5.1 with a 5.0 server

Can I use a Websphere 5.0 server with an aplication developed with the
WSAD configurated for the 5.1 version?

I think the jdks are different (1.3. in 5.0 and 1.4 in 5.1), but i am
not sure.
