Do you know any library that will help me with writing application that
can draw boxes (like in Diagram Editor in VS.NET), connections between
them, etc?

The System.Drawing namespace provides access to GDI+ basic graphics
functionality

But implementing selecting, moving, resizing would be dificult. I'm sure,
someone wrote it .
