FLuke information

As part of some network testing our research group is using the FLUKE
OC3port PLUS (Model: OC3 P2S). However as we do not have an
accompanying instruction manual we are having difficulties
understanding what exactly all the warning lights mean on the FLUKE
Interface.I have already looked at the Fluke website but it does not
have any info on such model.

I would be very grateful if anybody who has used it could tell me
about its interface to help me understand it more.

Or better yet, let me know how to get my hands on an online
instruction manual. .
