cos cfg on 3524

First, a conceptual sanity check. the switchport extend cos causes the
phone to tag connected pc packets with the configured cos value, correct?

Should I be able to modify this value in the switch manager applet? I
see an 802.1p field, but, I'm guessing that's different than the extend
cos command
