Help with a ActiveX DLL

I have created a simple dll file in VB.net. I am compiling it to use it
in AutoCAD VBA. When I try to register it, regsvr32 does not want to
register it, I was told that it needs to be a ActiveX but how do create
an activeX. Is there any specific way I have to compile this project for
windows register it. I can’t even make reference to it in VBA. Any help
will be appreciated. Thanks.
