Default network faxing

I have added a remote fax printer connection; through the add a printer task
from the Printer and faxes control panel. How do I get the installed Fax
console to recognize it?

Default RE: network faxing

William,

I did the same and had the same problem. I would reinstall it and then
configure it:

Firstly delete all faxes in your Printers and faxes folder.

then goto control panel and go into "add, remove programs"
then click on ADD/ Remove Windows components" tab on left.

If there is a tick in the "fax Services" box tick it out and remove all
traces of the 1st install. Then go back in and tick it to reinstall. Once
reinstalled go back to your "printers and faxes"folder and if there is a fax
there, it should now work, otherwise add one and it should be fine - either
way.

Hope it works for you!

Andy
