Default Changing From LinkSys802.11b to NetGear 802.11g?

Currently running two desktops w/cat5, one laptop w/Cat5 or Wireless and
one laptop wireless only.

What do I need to do regarding the existing Linksys (uninstalling, etc.)
prior to installing the NetGear ?

TIA

Nothing. Just make sure your new NetGear router is configured with your
current wireless settings (ssid, wep/wpa/channel).
