i have a cisco 4500 switch with the following configuration

map-class frame-relay sl
frame-relay cir 256000
frame-relay bc 16000
frame-relay mincir 184000
frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn
frame-relay priority-group 1
access-list 1 permit 1.20.0.2
access-list 1000 permit FFFFFFFF 4
priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp telnet <-----
priority-list 1 protocol ip low <------
snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server community private RW

ls it correct setting? will the second priority line overwrite the
first line and start to drop telnet packet?
