Blocking issue when upgrading toXP home

I can not install my new windows xp home edtion from windows me. Every time I try I get a blocking issue that says that I must delete Microsoft shared fax client. Where is it ? help please

I have not heard of this program. Look in the "add / remove programs" folder to see if that fax client shows up. If it's there, select remove. If you don't find it, maybe you have it running in the background and therefore it can't be deleted. Use Task Manager to see if it's running; if you find it running, stop the application with Task Manager.
