VHDL - basic logic in xc9500

Hi
Why if I make a "xor" port or "or" it's correct and if I make an "and" port pratical result is a nand? In this case if I try to add in "inv" port after "and" out the output remain the same?
The CPLD is an XC9536 5Vcc

Please help me I haven't solution
