Transfering to a new computer

Hello,
I have been using firefox on my computer for ages and ages now - and LOVE it
I recently set up some new hard drives in RAID, and installed a new copy of windows.
I still have the old hard drive bootable as it was, but I can access it when in my new windows.

My Question
Is there a way to transfer all my saved passwords, cookies, favourites, extentions AND the toolbar layouts etc?
I would like it to be exactly how it was, and I know for one I can't remember half the passwords I use lol
