2950 SNMP questions

Hi

I want to do several things configuring a Catalyst 2950 over SNMP.

1. Change VLAN membership of ports in VTP transparent mode so that
they are kept over reloads.
2. Change ACLs and access-group of interfaces.
3. Change port-security settings like static MAC address for an
interface.

Anyone who knows about this and how I can do this?
