MS-word to any database

Good morning sir, This is vijay kumar working at connectnext organization. i
was assigned a task to retreive the data which is entered in MS word to
MS-SQLserver2000. and moreover the data in MS-word is in the following way
Question:-what is ur name?
(a) vijay (b) kumar (c) shalin (d) rohit.
now my manager wants to retreive this data in to database where five fields
has to be created.
so please try to help me in this query.

Hi,

I have never used it but heard that Microsoft InfoPath let's you do thing like that.
