Which all tool / framework/design pattern should be followed for developing
web based enterprise applications?

i think if u have heard of j2ee. i am currently learning it but its the
best according to me

Tool Recommendation:

Framework Recommendation:
..Net 2.0 ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/ ) and it comes with the
tool I recommended already.
