Hi All,

Its a kind of off topic problem...but hope someone here may have had a
simular problem.

I've got an automated email response begin generated from a .asp page,
however we are having big problems with @hotmail.com email accounts
always putting the email in its junk mail folder.

The email is HTML format, but is a copy invoice, and just has customers
order details in it.

Does anybody have any ideas / suggestions on how to avoid hotmails over
active spam filters?

Thanks

Ken

Does the email have images? If yes, try to remove them.

Hi Eirik,

The email does have an embedded image. I tried initially to just link
the image, but changed it to embedded to see if that helped.
I'll try removing all images and see what happens.
Thanks

Ken
