Default Linksys router and ZoneAlarm

Why would one have to run Zonealarm if the router uses NAT?

Thanks?

To catch and squash any nasties making out-bound connections from your box.

NAT is a feature of firewall, not a fireawall itself. Don't let Linksys'es
marketing fool you like the rest of the world. NAT does not protect you from
everything, just directed IP address attacks. Do a search on google for more
info.
