I use Netscape 4.7 as my default Browser.
I don't enable Javascript, or Java..

Why would I care what's in the body of the message.?

www.netscape.com looked terrible in Netscape 4.7x prior to the Netscape
Corporation going tits up.

and with netscape itself gone....

the point is, there's no justifiable reason to base _anything_ on the
compatibility with something that 1) wasn't supported by the makers
themselves prior to the maker going under and 2) is no longer in
existence.

and no, I don't give a rats ass about the "but": "...there's thousands
of people still using netscape 4.7xxx." <-- that makes absolutely no
difference. times change, get over it and upgrade to something useful.

I use that feachur as a Junk filter.

It should do, but remember this is a newsgroup, not email.

Netscape 4.7 has the advantage that you can write protect the
cookie file, so no trash accumulates, but it does session cookies
OK.

Useful to whom and for what purpose?
All I want to do is go where I want, and see what is available.
Search for inforation, and learn what I can.
I don't what to be sold, bought or traded.
