zonealarm and netmeeting

I am on dial-up using win98 SE. I have just installed the
latest free version of Zonealarm and am not sure how to set up
Program Control for Netmeeting. Among other things, I wish to
use Netmeeting for video conferencing with my family. I will
give Netmeeting -Access - trusted and Internet. I don't know
whether to give Netmeeting -Server - trusted and internet.
Would someone please tell me what options to select?
