Bicom.us who produce commercial and carrier grade PBX solutions have released a FREE unlimited length licence version of their PBXware product:
http://www.bicomsystems.com/products/C/P/319/154_2802/ it can be downloaded as a Tarball or ISO c/w Centos, Asterisk and the PBXware software itself, Comes with limitations of 3 SIP extensions and one SIP trunk but has an enhanced voicemail that rocks !
