I need some help!!! Everyone in my family has their own user and everybody

established at all. I have set all the internet properties to default but

Try
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt (I've
made it a desktop shortcut)
Then
ipconfig -all > C:\ipconfig.txt
Find ipconfig.txt in root of C:\
Open it with Notepad, select all, copy, and post results here.

You say everything is default, my guess is default is not what
you want.
You can also do the above on the working PC's and compare.
Subnet mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers, should be the same.
Your IP address should be in the same number range, eg
10.0.0.nn (or whatever).
