Default 'Connect to' is missing


'Connect to' is missing from Startup = how can I get it back?

From any blank spot on the Taskbar:

Click Properties, choose the Start Menu tab, click Customize, choose the
Advanced tab, Scroll down the list of Start menu items to Network
Connections, choose the 1 out of 3 options that you prefer: ie. display as
Connect to menu; Don't Display this item; or Link to Network Connections
Folder.
