The problem is when i start my computer it takes for ever to start up
routine. I then find the cpu usage is at 99% or more. I go into task manager and find this process hogging all the cpu: WinxpDISABLEZEROConfigation.exe. I close this but my computer is still very sluggish. can any one help in this matter. I have three desktop computers all running Belkin Wireless cards. and a new Belkin ADSL Modem with high speed mode wireless G router. Model F5D7633x4 I aslo have a laptop. Everything was working fine until a few months ago? yes I have put up with it that long, because I cannot find what the problem is. I think it has something to do with Belkin. =?Utf-8?B?YXBweTMz?= |

I'm far from the first to say this, but Google is your friend. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...=Google+Search I suggest a scan with some uptodate malware detectiion/removal tools as well as an antivirus scan The ones I use are AdAware SE http://www.lavasoft.de/ there is a free version if you look hard enough) Spybot S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ Lem |

Evidently you are not alone. There are various claims that the file can be
deleted without affecting the Belkin connection software - or you can use XP wireless zero instead: http://www.file.net/process/winxpdis...ation.exe.html Doug Sherman MCSE, MCSA, MCP+I, MVP "appy33" <> wrote in message news:581CC47B-D299-417E-B7AB-... > The problem is when i start my computer it takes for ever to start up > routine.
