Sigma will be revealing a new DSLR at this year's Photokina, equipped
with a groundbreaking new sensor from Foveon. Canon and Nikon users:
start selling your cameras now before the resale values get cut in
half.

To whom should we be selling our cameras? - And, why are you more concerned
about, "us" than you are about the people we sell our cameras to? -
Shouldn't Sigma film camera owners sell their cameras also? Do you actually
KNOW any Sigma film camera owners?

Maybe the specs will be true pixel count, not invented up-sampled numbers

I have been heavily involved in retail photographics for quite a while
(until recently). In doing so, i have dealt with many many photographers.

To this day I can honestly say I have only known 1. The distributor!
actually, they probably will wind up returning it to Sigma for credit, so
actually that makes it none!

Well, someone is using them, because I found a 180mm f5.6 Sigma SA mount
macro for sale in Jessop Edinburgh, thought better of it, then rang them
two days later to buy it - and it had gone. You don't sell lenses in the
camera mount (especially unusual specialist lenses) unless there are
people out there using the camera.
