Nero 6 - adding chapters to burnt DVD

Wondering whether it's possible to add chapters to an existing burnt
dvd, done with Nero 6? My aim is to have multiple movies (events in our
lives) on the one DVD. Accessing these I thought would be easiest via
Nero 6's chapters.
So, two questions. I'd like to keep adding movies to the DVD, as
chapters, but I can't figure out how or even if it is at all possible.
Secondly, is this the best way to go about it?

Not possible - you will need to re-author

Basic stuff - once you burn to disc as a *standard DVD format* that's it,
nothing more can be added. The disc is finalised.

Maybe you should keep the 'chapters' as separate mpeg files on your computer
until you are ready to completely fill a DVD and then add them as separate
files or you could join them all up and create chapters.

I was afraid that would be the answer - what a bummer! Good idea though
- I'll will separate into mpeg files most likely.

Of course, it is also possible to explore DVD-VR mode, which is more
flexible (and less compatible).
