Hi All,

I have a catalyst 2950T switch and have kept one port on VLAN 1 (fa0/1)
and the other 23 ports on a suspended VLAN 2, so I can make port fa0/1
an admin port. Now will this affect the switch in anyway when it comes
to using the other 23 ports? And if anyone has any either suggestions
to make an admin port? Will this actually work?

TIA

What is an "admin port" and how would it be different than the other 23
other than its on a different VLAN. What would you use it for?
